I've been getting tons of "message returned" mail, about me having sent reply's/mail and stuff to places and it having contained a virus. I dunno whats up, I never have been to a single one of the places.

Sounds like you've got a virus, I would run an antivirus update and scan asap.

Try this http://securityresponse.symantec.com...r/FixSbigF.exe to see if you've got the SoBig.F virus.
