For Canada, I am now going to use CanadaPost. Why? Becouse, it is cheaper and you can get the packaged within 2 bussiness days for an extra 10$, as UPS would be like $20+ or so... So thats what I would say... Could be wrong but I have done both.

^^^ Yeah I know you work for UPS, but paying for it to be expedited, is basically the same price, if not more than the brokerage fees. I tired a few times to get this expedited here from the states and the price is just ridiculous...I would say it's about $50 more alteast to ship it expedited.

not always. but i would personally rather pay more and get something for that then pay more just to put more cash in UPS' pocket thru brokerage fees. think of it like this

u can buy a top of the line 43" TV, the company is having a sale where u buy THIS tv for $2000, no interest, no gst, and free delivery to your house
OR
u can buy an entry level tv for 1800, but u pay tax, interest, and 50$ for them to deliver it so in the end it works out to say 1980$,

personally id take the better tv for a lil more

the only thing i dont like about canada post is their lack of tracking abilities. i sent an envelope like 2 day express to the US, it went missing for a week, all canada post could tell me with their "tracking" number was that "it has entered the US"

I think the best way to ship it is to wrap it in pink carpet first for protection. The carrier is unimportant then because it will get first class care.

i just had some stuff shipped expedited, regular was going to cost me $27, and expedited was $34.. i'd rather pay the $34 and have it here alot quicker than pay the $27, and then have to pay the extra $50 or so for brokerage fees..

The US post, SUCKS... Anything that cross's the boarder by CanadaPost, will then get transfered to teh USpost.. The trackin numbers that they giev you dont work on there site, and it does take longer becouse there is a wait for import and export, i dont know why.. it is retarded for sure.. If I shipp something depending on what it is, I will either go for something a bit smaller within Canada, CanadaPost. If its something thats a bit biger and goes to the states or in Canada, UPS... Oh yeah, and I do not work for UPS...
