Derek the lot we bought was $10,000-$15,000 LESS than the average lot price in Calgary.....thats why we bought there, the closest thing we found in Calgary was a smaller lot, and a 1300sqft house and it was $7,000 more.

We dont have any pictures....we've actually just seen one thats been framed not finished yet, so we're just building off paper which is fine by me and we get abit of a deal and a few free extras too

 

If you are planning on getting an alarm system, I would highly recommend pre-wiring the alarm. It will save many hassles down the road. Heck even if you aren't planning on getting a system, I would still recommend pre-wiring.
