I'm tired of low sport select payouts vs. vegas line payouts i see on the internet. Any of you guys have an idea where I can find a casino or club that has sports betting, legal or not, in the Edmonton area.

Thanks in advance.

Depends what you're looking for.
These are 4 that I use (0r have used)

sportsinteraction.com
good for casual betting (bet limits on a lot of things), and better odds for underdogs, cheaper rates on payouts but takes about a week for payout, apparently for some new users they experience some problems with payouts and account verification and such but I haven't had any major problems with them

olympic sports (thegreek.com)
excellent book with lots of options (being able to buy upto 10 points on football and basketball)
lines on favourites don't fluctuate as much
only con is cheapest withdrawl method ive used is $35 to fedex my money

pinnaclesports.com
excellent book for a variety of sports, includes lots of live ingame betting (excellent for hedging your bets if you pay a lot of attention to what you're doing)

betandwin.com
only good because they have like a million things u can bet on
the more u win the lower the bet limits are, stictly for casual bettors because if u win too much u get cut off

Actually a guy I work with won ~5k american playing in a poker tourny, left 500 bucks in his account, and hit another 7k with it playing the online slots...Still though, the odds are against you badly regardless of where you are playing.

Wouldn't you find playing poker online more challenging than at a real table? Considering you can't actually see the other ppl playing I mean.
