Since I am going to shop for a computer soon and I want to add a DVD/RW to it what should i look for?

Most of the systems I've found that have a DVD/RW in them have tons of gaming and sound stuff that I will never use.

I just need something fast to surf the net and burn CD's and DVD's with.
What should i look when I shop because I know little about computers and don't want to spend on one that has a bunch of stuff I don't need.

If u want a good example that he won't rip u off this one store back home charges $80 an hour to fix a computer or w/e and he charges $30.

this is a nice dual format 8x dvd r/rw

I think it's the one I'm gonna get for my new computer

liteon also makes a nice 4x dvd r/rw burner

I'd send boomin z24 alist of what you want .........custom built is deff the way to go, then you only pay for what you need/want
