Try some Dura Lube engine treatment.
Pretty well everyone will have a different fave brand name, but I had a th350 tranny in my impala which blew its seals 15 times, and I found that the Dura Lube Tranny treatment stopped the leaks better than anything else.

If Nascar uses it I trust it.

Might as well put heavy engine oil or gear oil in there, Dura Lube crap and souldn't be used in any vehicle applications. All it does is makes your oil/ATF thicker so they dont pass the seals, plus they got chemicals in there that swell up the seals and in time wipe them out. So if there is a problem, prolly means something is wrong and sould be looked at by a technician.

Btw, Nascar drives their engines at nearly 10,000 rpm. How can you assume that a product work for that type of race car, it can work for all cars There is a reason why they use it, maybe a quick fix in the pits.

 

Nascar engines are built to last for 1 race.

There's no quick fixes, when they blow, they blow and the day is done.

Personally I think if they DO happen to use anything like that, they need to fire the engine builder because there should be no need for it.

Check anywhere a gasket should be, chances are that your loosing oil through a bad one.

 

Find a mechanic that will do a leak test. They put some dye in the oil, get you to drive for a but then check it under the black light to find out where it is coming from.

Costs are usually under $20. Some stores put it in for you, then go home and buy your own $15 blacklight at Walmart and check yourself. Fixes arent usually that hard to do.

Do you do your own oil changes?

Check that the oil filter O ring from the old filter was removed. The oil drain bolt may need a gasket ,specially if it is a Chev.
