so then a open box product is new then and never used just the box misplaced or damaged right?
there are a few stores (and not fs or bb store either) in are area that do the same thing
you should ask them (the customer) after i explain what the product is if they think its ok

You're talking about two different things. Anything that was demo or returned from a customer is open box, it is always made very clear, there will be huge letters on the price tag that say open box. The only refurbished product we carry is usually some amps and subs from MTX, and they are always marked on the box that they are factory refurbished product.
