help me with my winter rims PLZ!

I'm trying to buy used winter rims for my car (2005 KIA Spectra 5).

It's a 4 bolt/114.3mm pattern, for the most part I'm finding rims that have the same pattern but a few of the specs differ slightly from these rims such as oem offset, hub ring and oem hex.

I'm using this website for the information

http://fastwheels.ca/FCW2008AppGuide-Web.pdf

.....I'm comparing my car to honda accord 1990-1997.(which is what I'm finding used.

I'm basically wondering if these rims will be fine for my car.

oh, and my dealership won't email me back with info on the rims and tires they'ed use if I bought them off them.
and my car comes with stock 16"s but the sealership is putting on 15"s..again...if I bought the tires they are selling.

Have you considered just driving to the local boneyard and saying "I want 4 rims for this"?

Those guys are pretty good at knowing what fits what. I'll bet they have a tire machine on hand as well, could probably walk out with used rims and tires for a couple hundred or so.

TIP: They like cash.

Thats because the dealer parts catalog doesn't have that info. It has a picture of a rim and a part number. For their usage, it doesn't need to. If you damage one, you give them the make model and year, they sell you an original equipment rim that will fit.

Imagine how you would feel if you were paid on commission and a person wanted you to do some research for them knowing they have no intention of buying anything from you?

Any wheel specialty store should have that information, but that goes back to my last statement.

Thanks john...that's a great idea...I thank you.......

92ZED34-Thanks but I have a manual that tells me all that......

and BIGEVIL....I would think the parts guy would beable to find that info easily(without racking his brain),I also bought parts from there(this week) and I also dropped $30,000 on a car from there(they know all this)and sometimes go there for work.to be done to the car. not enough for this info? well that sucks....I'm guessing you work at a dealership...not a mechanic or you would of been able to help me a bit hmmm?

Yes, but not at Kia store.

Heck I don't even know the back spacing or center bore for my own projects and I have been selling parts since 1987.

Again, the parts person would not have this info on file. He would find it the same way you would. On an internet site. Many dealers block employees from surfing the net at work however.

Btw the catalog I show has a 2005 spectra 5 with a bolt pattern 4-100mm, not 114 (thats the optima and amanti) with 6 inch wide rim and JJ (not sure what measurement that equals) backspacing.

How did I know? I called a wheel company.
