...SARS, West Nile, price of tea in China, Nice to know we are so powerful. [img]smile.gif[/img] I was told power came on here in the Soo about 3-3:30am. Michagian Soo never lost there power. We just got back from camping so gear was close. [img]smile.gif[/img] Yah it was sorta nice to sit around and talk, watch candles flicker in the Tv screen. It was nice to hear that ppl didn't loot and tear-up like in the past.

I wonder if you could see stars in Toronto last night?
the only reason you wouldnt be able to see them is cuz their is too much light.. but if their is no power.. no light.. you could see stars..
If the power ever went out in Vancouver I would drive to Grouse.. do the Grouse Grind and take a pic of the city with no lights.. now that would be a freaking sweet *** picture.

 

Thats because all of our politicians are pussies.

 

I stole power, I used the power in the hallway of my condo which was running on the buildings generator. I used and extension cord to my unit and was watching TV. Luckily no one reported me.

hey now I went to Canadas Wonderland and the power went out lol It sucked big time
Went out 4:15 on Thursday afternoon and came back at 6pm Friday evening in Whitby lol The funniest part was like 500ft or w/e from my sisters block the traffic light was working but no power lol. grrrr and then every other light on Rossland and Simcoe! lol The Brock st & Rossland intersection was a MESS lol I swear no one knowz how to use a 4 way stop!!!

 

Yeah, my friend in Whitby had power like 5hrs after blackout but I didn't get any in Oshawa (Ritson/Rossland) till 3pm the next day. Bastards!
I couldn't believe all the people who figured since they didn't have any power then they would just go for a walk w/o a flashlight.
The roads were packed till 3am and i can't believe the amount of people walking/biking on the road without any lights.
