How bad is static electricity in your home?

^lmao...don't they have wireless grounding yet??

We use a small vapourizer in the bedroom at night. Never wake with a dry throat. Reduces static also for sure.

i don;t get too many shocks at home, when i pet my cat isoemtimes get shocked, but i am always getting shocked at work, its so in there

Fatwhacker better be careful there's where the nose bleeds starts when your nose starts to dry up like that.

Funny you should say that. Along with having slightly chapped lips and dry mouth when I wake up in the middle of the night, I had a coughing fit the other night after swallow pepsi the wrong way (lol) and my nose was bleeding.

I think a new humidifier is in order.

I do put out bowls of water but either the cats drink it all or it evaporates real quick.

</font>[/QUOTE]Yah awhile back I had to goto my dr about the nose bleeds I was getting out of no where everywhere and it was constant bleeding not normal where u can clot it and it'll stop. And if tilted ur head slightly back at all the blood went down my throat [img]graemlins/puke.gif[/img] so gross, anyways the dr suggested a humidifier as dry air is a common cause of nose bleeds.

In the end turns our when I went to Colombia for a family vacation the salt water had exposed a vein in my nose and when I came back it just kept bleeding out of no where. Could'a bled to death ... yikes

Yeah dry places drive me nuts my grandmother is horrible for a hot/dry house. I member as a kid driving with her the heat cranked in the car windows up I would have my face sucked to the window cause it wa cold or colder anyway.

Yikes I cant really stand heat lol I have the windows open in the winter, ac cranked in the summer. lol
