off topic but kinda on topic. [img]tongue.gif[/img] i have 10 more lbs to loose to reach my goal of 200lbs!!!! i was at 240 4 months ago.

What many people do not realise is that overweight is overweight whether it be fat or muscle that makes you heavier. It is still harder on the heart and the joints than being at your optimal weight.
Most bodybuilders are quite overweight even if they're walking at only 6% bodyfat.
