I consider semi-auto more dangerous in a place that isn't crowded because you can take precise shots and save ammo. The media has to make it seem that the taxes aren't being wasted. Someone sold a gun to someone without a licence. I don't care. It happends all the time, it doesn't mean crime is being stopped. I think if it were legal to carry concealed than we'd have less shootouts in malls etc, nobodies going to pull a gun knowing that 4 others a couple feet away are too.

 

Carrying a gun and the ability to use/discharge a gun with accuracy when confronted with danger are two different things.

Most people would freeze up or duck for cover.

 

Sufficiently trained to handle a high stress situation types.
