Some of the pics looked decent at first, when I checked them on the camera. Then when I uploaded them to the computer I reduced the size to 30% of the original, using Irfanview. It seems to cause some loss of picture quality.
I use a Kodak DX6490 and haven't had issues with blurrying at least not that bad very minor that you can't tell even when I get into the 10X digital zoom where the pic just bouncing around with the slighest movement..
Yep, it's all about the shutter speed. With a flash and low-light conditions, the camera's shutter only has to be open a fraction of a second. By not using the flash, the camera (if set in Auto mode) will try to let as much light in as required by keeping the shutter open longer to provide a good shot. Keeping the shutter open longer while holding the camera in your hand means more blurriness as the hand cannot hold it perfectly still.
