You can't say that carbs are healthy. That is a blanket statement that is wrong. Some carbs are healthy and yes of course the body requires them. But the carbs in your regular KoolAid are certainly not a good example of healthy carbs.

No that is true however some of the carbs that people say need to be eliminated dont, some of those carbs are ones that you need. they're takin the carb thing to far.

Most alcohol is derived from grains. Wine is about the only exception, but the process to make alcohol is the same, yeast consumes sugar to produce alcohol. be it fructose or otherwise.
