everything is clear and the aspect ration is proportionate because I tell powerstrip what to display..the dell is a dimension 4600 and the TV is a philips 51pp something or other..i'm on the couch right now and don't feel like getting my manual

When I was at futureshop, that's how we rid some of the old TV's we had of screen burn
Are you running the media center pc? or is that just a normal Xp machine? I have the Dell 8300 runnin Media Center 2005 using a Radeon 9800pro and although it's just normal 27" FlaT tube the there's alot of static in the connection and it's not my S-video cable cause it's the one I use for my dvd player. Sometimes it goes away but most of the time it's there, wondering if it's something with my video card?
