Need some insurance advice again:/
What insurance company will cover anyone under 25 without checking their record..
I got a quote for my mom.. if I put the honda in her name and it'll be $100/month...
But if I put myself as a second driver it'll **** up I guess?
Thanks.
Pay or change your habits.
Yes, getting your full G will drop your rates.
In most cases, your own policy will not cover you if you're driving a car you're not on the policy of, unless you explicitly ask for that coverage. Which of course costs more.
But remember this: Insurance companies DO investigate things like this, and if it turns out they find out one way or another that you are in actuality doing the lion's share of the driving out of you and your mother, they will either drop your policy or deny coverage when you make a claim.
Bad times.
I asked for a quote for my record..
because i'm buying a 2002 honda civic.
2 tickets, 1 accident and 1 insurance cancellation..
And they quoted me for $450 a month with kingsway..
Anyways they tricked me into telling them what my NEW BRUNSWICK license # is..
and it has 2 tickets also:/
and now they are using my new brunswick records towards me also so the quote is now $650..
Shouldn't I not even mention I have a new brunswick license?
and the insurance that was cancelled before happened in new brunswick..
If I shut the **** up about that will they never find the information?
Thanks.

If you fail to declare something, it may slip through the cracks UNTIL you file a claim, then you can bet your *** they will check.
You have a driving record. Nothing you can do now but suck it up and pay through the nose.
Big financial factors are record, claims, age, how long you have been driving, and maybe marital status (I forget now).
Try a few of those online insurance quote things, see what you can come up with.
