Buffdady, if you were talkin about me in your last couple post, were you stated a 17 year old that weights 140lbs, well your wrong, i am 17 but weigh 172!!! But I know what your saying!

Hardwrkr, Peel LIKES those sorts of guys, they have come right out and said it to them in interviews, etc...
Maybe I should have rephrased 'Peel HAS a lot of cowboys' Sorry if I offended...

Yeah, VO2/Beep test...you NEED a copy of it to train with, because it is all timing, thats why some people who we may think shouldn't do well on it can have success...you need to know how fast you have to run/jog at each level, so you dont waste energy or miss a beep because of timing
