if your pedal seems ok, and you have good brakes, then you SHOULD be ok. Like you said, monitor it over the next few days. Even re-flush can't hurt

What did you do to rectify the situation? There is a lot of conflicting info on the web regarding this. I will check with my mechanic but they do not open for a few more hours.

Since I do not have any idea about manipulating car parts, I talked to Car-stuff and to my surprise, they were able to clean everything up. I didn't realize how serious that was. From now on, never again mix power steering fluid with brake fluid.
