Yes, i got an Enermax. All together i spent about 2500$ on my computer...although, i have some pretty nice pieces in there. Im sure you can spend around 1000$ and get a pretty nice computer.

As for 2 power supplies, i would just buy 1 new one, and use it. You shouldn't have any problems with power.
