first of all lemon law applies to new vehicles and vehicles sold with a warranty.
which your car is niether.

secondly you can not report a car stolen that you have sold under special condition's

you have done the right thing buy selling the car asis where is basis.

now as to getting your money....
demand payment as per your agreement
give written demand for payment with clear reprocussions.
if the above fail...
you must go to small claims court on 7ave downtown and file a claim against the buyer of your vehicle.
if he is dumb enough to show up in court you will prob win a judgment against this roach.
the only drawback is that the judgment is only good for 1 year as well as any liens you put on the vehicle.
dont forget to let him know that if he is unwilling to pay buy a certain date he will also be held responsible for legal fee's relating to the collection.

im not sure but i believe that with a judgement
you can also apply for a garneshee of bank account or employment.

seems like alot of hassle man
next time keep the car in your driveway and keys in your pocket while they make payment.

in your bill of sale was there any written mention of delinquincy of payments or non payment reprocussion's?

also did you specify dates in regards to payment's?

make sure you have all the facts before you submit a statement of claim.
