well I only make minimum wage (15yr old at part-time job) and the max I work is 8.5hours on sat, 6.5 on sun and all the other days are 5-5.5hrs

 

I loved my red wings to. So much so that I had them resoled' when I had wore them out. Beleave it or not give Army/ Navy a try. They have deals if cost is an issue. When buying don't rule out getting aditional insole's for comfort.

I went to marks and couldn't find any red wings. I ended up buying some harley davedson ones, they look like regular shoes. I used them today and I like them so far. They need breaking in though.

 

I also have a pair of Greb's in my closet that I forgot about...they ROCK....army boots....they don't get too much more comfortable then them....steel toe as well.

 

I can't see them on their website but they're steel plated so stiff is a given.
