need some advice on what to do when your bored at work -> I have internet access but can't use any chat programs or e-mail

any suggestions?

www.ebay.com gets me by from time to time...could always use a website like www.msn2go.com if they allow it.

Thats about all i ever do, other then get on the one message board i can and answer peooples computer questions all day long.

damn, you have periods of no incooming calls!!!!

I play games while im waiting for there computer to restart.....has taken 37 minutes before.... every week or 2 I might have 10 seconds between calls.

 

I slept for an hour this morning....every bit when i woke up i had to check the call log just to make sure i didn't miss an incoming call!

i was good for 62 minutes, then some damn american called in so i had to xfer him heh.

I agree, and if you have no incoming calls aka 'work to do' then perhaps that company shouldn't even be in service.

 

Who ever said we have no incoming calls?
We are like all call centers we have our busy and our dead periods.
Do you know what the company is?
How would you even know if the company should or shouldn't be in business?
