what to do at work
Calm down.
Every call centre has it's busy and quiet times. I now work at one and alot of people on this board do too and most can tell you that you're not busy the entire time you are there.

Who ever said we have no incoming calls?
We are like all call centers we have our busy and our dead periods.
Do you know what the company is?
How would you even know if the company should or shouldn't be in business?
Think before you speak -> Thanks for coming out!

I have no idea what me editing it has anything to do with this though -> Plain and simple you opened your mouth without having a clue what was being discussed, you also jumped to conclusions without knowning the whole story.
I asked a question what to do in downtimes -> if you can't answer the question dont waste our time by posting useless garbage.

And I did and still do know what I'm talkin about. Perhaps if you dont want people to 'jump to conclusions' you should post the whole 'story' to eliminate that possibility.
Take Haunz' advice read a book.
If you don't like my posts then look past them, don't read them. If I don't wish to read someones response I go onto the next one and don't even acknowledge the other post.
