I thought i'd waste lots of time on the internet at work. I'm way too busy to touch it hardly for personal stuff, and the day goes by much faster.

I work in a call center environment

When there are no incoming calls -&gt; there is no work

Who ever said we have no incoming calls?
We are like all call centers we have our busy and our dead periods.
Do you know what the company is?
How would you even know if the company should or shouldn't be in business?

Think before you speak -&gt; Thanks for coming out!
How did you quote me? oh yea, THANKS FOR COMIN OUT!

Nice edit of the original message to TRY and redeem yourself *claps hands*

*edit* I also worked in a call centre for 2 years and will be going back to it in 3 weeks.
</font>
Actually my original post was not edited -&gt; I edited 1 post and it was right after I made it, look at the time stamp it was edited before anyone made a post.

I have no idea what me editing it has anything to do with this though -&gt; Plain and simple you opened your mouth without having a clue what was being discussed, you also jumped to conclusions without knowning the whole story.

I asked a question what to do in downtimes -&gt; if you can't answer the question dont waste our time by posting useless garbage.
</font>
Actually I remember specifically reading your post before you edited it. And I did and still do know what I'm talkin about. Perhaps if you dont want people to 'jump to conclusions' you should post the whole 'story' to eliminate that possibility.

Take Haunz' advice read a book.

If you don't like my posts then look past them, don't read them. If I don't wish to read someones response I go onto the next one and don't even acknowledge the other post.
</font>
OK Mr. Expert -&gt; what exactly did my edited post say before it was edited. There was 1 line taken out -&gt; What was it?

Why would I post the whole story -&gt; I asked a question regarding something -&gt; you and a few others ignoring the question and started to throw in your 1/2 cents.

You shouldn't bother posting if it has nothing to do with the original question -&gt; also you shouldn't if you dont know what you are talking about.

Either way -&gt; for the people who actually are helping -&gt; please keep the suggestions coming.
