lol, 52 weeks a year is common knowledge...I thought. but there is actually 52.14285714285714285714285714285714285714285714285 71428571428571428571428571428571428571428571428571 42857.....continued. weeks a year, not including leap years, I could calculate that if you wanted me to.
number above got from 365/7= 52.142857...
and then do 52.142857...weeks x 40hrs/week =2085.714285714285714285714285714285...continued.h ours a year.
And then
go 30250$/2085.714285....cont hours......
=14.503424....$/hr.
is that gross salery or net? then find the percentage of tax and employment insurance and all that and I could calculate it in (if it is gross)
hope that helps...also if you know how many days you get off a year (holidays or vacation or whatever) we could calculate that in there as well.

wait maybe i do know.
This is ummm an annual base salaray of $30,250 less deductions required by law.
Depending on my performance, i'm elegible for a bonus of up to 7% of base salary at teh end of each year.
Get two weeks vacation per fiscal year. Then there's a whole wack of benefits and everything that i can choose from.
