whats $30250/year in an hourly basis???
dont forget sick days, and personnal days ... I get 5 of each here, but also get 3 weeks vacation Thing is, as I'm also salary based (per year), when and if I stay over time (quite often), I don't get paid for it. Although if I ever want to take an afternoon off, I can, as they know I sometimes have to stay later. All in all things balance out. Although, I'm seriously planning to leave this job soon, it's starting to put a strain on me, stress wise.
