Well, I've been trying to get back into it again over the last month or so. I used to go to the gym every other day, but stopped for almost six months. The first day back, oh man, I almost killed myself, everything hurt for three days. After one month of working out, I feel 10x better already. I feel much more energetic. I guess this was kind of a late new years resolution, just hope I can keep up with it.

Anyone else work out?

I try to I usualy go for about three months miss two weeks and then get back at it, I have to agree I have way more energy when I work out regularly.

I go to goodlife, where do you go?

I've heard good things about goodlife, I go to family fitness in oakville, close to my work.. pretty good place..

family fitness is getting huge around here, I go to goodlife because my GF lives about 3 blocks away

I have been letting my body heal after 5 years of CIS football...
been trying to get back in the gym lately...its tough when your life no longer revolves around physical conditioning, as I am finding out...

I used to go to Premier, but now I just go to my local gym

5 days a week on top of a strict diet 6 days a week. I have been going steady for 3 years. Made huge gains. Body weight went from 150-205 lbs in that time. I'll never stop going. Eating good and going to the gym ensures a healthy life aside from any freak disease. But I do itfor the vanity side more than the health. What can I say? I'm a narcicist! lol

hey Gettinbig boy,
that;s a considerable gain of weight!
i'm 6 foot 1" and 172 pounds. i want to hit 190 pounds but have only gained 4 pounds and have stayed there for 2 months. what is yuor diet like?

Diet is dependant upon my goals at the time. If I am bulking then it will range from 4000-6000 calories. If I am cutting for the summer than it will be a gradual decrease from 4000-2200. PM or email me Marco and I can set you up with a work out plan and a diet if you like. If your into supplements of any sort I can give a little info about them although 98% of the legal ones are crap.
