I just bought a used Jl audio e1400d amp to Power my 2 Jl audio 12's. The 250/1 I had there before I think over heated. I am not getting any sound out of it but the Power light comes on. When I use the multimeter with the amp off I get right around 14v for the power and remote wires, but as soon as the amp is on I get like 2.8v from the power to the amp (still 14 on remote). Any ideas on what my issue could be? Thanks in advance.
