Blown Subwoofer Question...

Hello,
I recently went to a CAR AUDIO shop, to get my 2 woofers + amp, wired in box to an MDX 04. After they have finished, they said, one of the woofers were blown.

I have no idea why, or how it could have blown, unless they did something. But I doubt it...

Anyways my question to you is, is there a way to repair it? Or, shouldn't it be under warranty if I purchased it less then a year ago.

It was from a KAPTION AUDIO dealer, it is one KAPTION AUDIO CL SERIES 12" (4OHM) Subwoofer.

Please advice me on to how is the best way to approach my problem, with the smallest amount of money to spend. Thank you in advanced.

If an authorized dealer, sold it and installed it for you and was not blown by misuse you should be covered for a year. Go to the shop and have them replace it for you.
