Thing is, there's not a hell of a lot of space under the tray, and I'd have to put something else in there to hold the batt cuz there's some under there that looked important, I'll have to take it out to get a better look. Mechanics is not my forte.

And Kyle, I may have to opt for the hole in the hood. Maybe somehow I can disguise it as some sort of gay, useless hood scoop.

Heheheh. I did some testing with the battery in the back on Saturday, best I could do so far was only a 144.4. I definitely need a new box, I've positioned the hell outta this one and it won't get much louder. Only 36sq. inches of port on it though, I know I can get louder with more building. What exactly to build will be the tricky part...

 

I think after all displacement the box worked out to be about 3 cubes, tuned up to 56 hz or so. It's loudest at 65hz, which is similar to another guy I chatted with who owns the same car. He said he was doing a 149.9 at 68hz.

 

For real? Higher tuning and even less port ? Or are you me

 

alright, next question, what class would an upgraded alternator be place in?
