I like the USACi Mini SPL Rules personally. That way the builds will be sorta similar and competitive.
Must drive into and out of the lanes under it's own power.
Must only have 1 battery and fit under the hood above the front wheels.
Must have windshield to mount a mic or else use the globe @ the width of the hood and 8" tall
One subwoofer 12" or smaller.
Must still resemble a vehicle and the enclosure fit inside the confines of the vehicle and still maintain 10" from the front of the box/woofer and the windshield.
the height of the box being no more then the length of the hood above the body

All vehicles must complete at least 2 runs.

Should be Amateur/Pro classes to keep things more fair.

I agree with the one battery. I can always turn off other stuff and pull my second battery for competing.

USACi has already done a great job at making fair rules for this category. Why re-invent the wheel?

Alright, sounds good to me.

I see some builds have been fairly secretive so I'm getting excited to see what you guys bring to Western Finals.

if we're going with usaci rules, then we need to know 100% now. mine is pretty much finished, and falls into the extreme class with a couple modifications to accept a globe.

simplifying the rules a bit would make builds easier, and so everyone is pretty much equal....usaci has like 6 different mini classes, so we are gonna have another db drag with 1 person in each class again :S

we should also know who all is building for this, and I think it to be fair that only those people have a say on rule changes.

I have nothing to hide, so here's pics of mine:
