penticton finals/amp issue

So was doing some testing today, which didnt last long, and the I went to hook the possitive speaker wire from my sub to my amp outputs and the wire slipped out of my hand and arced from the terminal to the body of the amp which put the amp into protect.
amp - Bassworx BA3000.1d
So I turned everything off finished wiring a few things and turned it all back on hopin it wasnt messed, but when its back on it is just pumping out mass feedback now, which goes away when I unhook the rca's to the mono block, but at the sametime NOW my front speakers are making alt whine which I assume is either my 4 channel is now messed aswell or my deck from that wire shorting on the body of the amp?

So does anyone have a quick fix for something like this?
if not

Is someone gonna be at the penticton finals that can lend me an amp for street A? I will turn my gear off to install it

Thanks for your time

Kevin

very weird that it shorted the deck , were the speaker wires the only ones out

It sounds like you have a newer Pioneer deck in there. If so, then it's a Pico fuse that's blown in the deck. $45.00 at your local repair shop.

there is no quick fix Kev, your going to have to take the time and trouble shoot what happened, start at the head unit and work your way back. or if you like get in touch with me and if you can come out to the Loops I'll help you out seeing as my season is over.

its a kenwood excelon kdc-x994

and its pissin out mad feedback, I purchased it from a kid in ontario because it was half the price and only 2 months old, so sadly I cant even warranty it, because it doesnt have a transferable warranty this has been the lousiest stereo gear weekend I guess put my old kenwood back in tomorrow and hopefully my other amps work alright. But I have no clue what to do about this deck if its the problem, its an awesome deck
