take Dons solution as temporary ( it works), and get the deck fixedif you blew something up such as a sub or and amp or any other speaker you may have blown a ground trace on the board... it fairly an easy fix if you know electronics and can solder surface mount using a very very fine tip

Grounding the RCA shields might solve the problem as mentioned. (a temp fix)

How do you ground rcas? I've seen rca's with an actual ground wire on them, but I don't have those. I'm a noob.

Wrap a wire around the RCA shield and ground it to the rear of the deck.

Thanks for all your input guys, I did some playing today and heres the final verdict:

I swapped out decks put my old kenwood back in, and poof everything good again. My new excelon is skrewed now I guess so I guess get my new deck fixed and use my old one till it done

the ground out rca thing I asked don how to do, as I never done it before LOL.

any suggestions on a company that is reasonably priced and somewhat close to sask to get deck fixed?

amp - Bassworx BA3000.1d
So I turned everything off finished wiring a few things and turned it all back on hopin it wasnt messed, but when its back on it is just pumping out mass feedback now, which goes away when I unhook the rca's to the mono block, but at the sametime NOW my front speakers are making alt whine which I assume is either my 4 channel is now messed aswell or my deck from that wire shorting on the body of the amp?

So does anyone have a quick fix for something like this?
if not

Is someone gonna be at the penticton finals that can lend me an amp for street A? I will turn my gear off to install it

Thanks for your time

Kevin

to eliminate feedback try cranking your subsonic filter.! and to ground the rca's u can just solder the ground side of the rca's to the chassis of the deck. hope it helps.
