My western Buds.
Here is how things are going to work with Qualifying for IASCA Finals. This applies to both out West and here in the East.
If there are no shows within 250Km of your home address then there is good chance u can attend Finals. All u have to do is contact me in writing and explain your situation. I will then verify your scenario and make a decision. Guys who live on the island are a prime example of this. My goal with having these shows was to never penalize those who live far away but I will not invite those who are simply waiting for a invite. IASCA has always had these exemption clauses in there qualifying rules so these are not something I am just making up.
But please understand attending at least one show when u live far away will go along way in making my decision easier as to who can attend Finals.
Lastly ALL IASCA SANCTIONED EVENTS REGARDLESS OF WHO IS PROMOTING THEM WILL COUNT TOWARDS YOUR COMMITMENT IN QUALIFYING FOR THE CDN CHAMPIONSHIPS. This is the way it has always been and that will never change.
Also the I have secured a location and date for the EASTERN CHAMPIONSHIPS and the show will happen on Aug 30th in Whitby, On. This is awesome news as it allows me to have both shows on back to back weekends.
