Typically it's the other way around, with most business using firewalls and blocking most proxy servers. My guess is their might be something wrong with your DNS, or it's on CCA's end. If worse comes to worse call Shaw and tell them to reset your modem, and if your on a router, restore it to it's factory defaults, or just simply restart it (pull power wire out, then put back in).
