if its ang agu fuseholder your using check to make sure the fuse is good....i have seen many times the solder in the ends of the fuses lets go with heat and then cools down and makes contact again once back at the shop....the fuse doesnt look blown but the solder connection(that you cant see) becomes weak and will cause the problem your having

This is a tough one Kevin.
The customer will be back in town this weekend for us to have another look at it.
Power & ground connections are fine. The trigger wire still has enough power to keep the amp on.
The only thing that I can think of is a poor signal or corrupted signal.
