any amp in protection....

I mean, can be the output shorting the power supply, or something else, will the power supply power up with no fets on the output?

Is it possible the chassis is shorting the board? Also, there seems to be some blackened tracks at the top of the photo just beneath the right end of the white strip. Might just be the photo.

Kev, that pic was taken with the TIP35c and TIP36c fets out(well most of them)
and before i cleaned the board... the blackened part im talking about is by the speaker terminals...

and Mach I haven't tried to power the amp with just PS fets in... I think tomorrow after physio i'll take all the fets out and test them again, because today i tried to give amp power without turning it on and it took the power but after like 30seconds i heard like a snap/crackle noise.... but nothing smelled weird or anything like that... So i'll just test all again individually out of the bored and see what i get

if its under warrenty send back to company the speaker outlet man be gone that will do it

its not under warranty
kicker said it'll probably be around $100 for repair... but since i got amp for free i kind of want to fiddle around with it and see if i can figure out whats wrong with it

think of it this spend 100 bucks get it done right and fast plus repairs should be under warrenty afterwards

Do you have a multimeter? If so, take another photo of the whole board as hi res as you can and either post it or email it to me so I can tell you where to take measurements.
