Terminology help:
"12v +" is the same as "Positive"
"12v -" is the same as "Negative" "Ground" and / or "GND" (which also means ground)
"REM" "REMOTE" and "12v + Switched" are all the same. This line needs to see 12V in order to turn the amp on. This is a handy feature so you don't have to push a button on your amp to turn it on. Rather, when this line is connected to the "REM" or "AMP" line of your car stereo, it will only turn on with you head unit.
How to connect things in your situation.
12V + to +
12v - to GND
Jumper line from 12V + to REM
