Crossover and Bass Frequency

Just bought a Kenwood KDC-X791 with Focal Access 165 CA1 and Focal Access 165 A1. I was reading through the manual and was wondering about the Bass Frequency to set my speakers at 40/50/60/70/80/100/120/150/ HZ. Also there is the High / Low Pass Filters 40-120 Hz. WHats a good range so i dont end up damaging my speakers. I heard about 100Hz filter should be ok. Since they are only 6 1/2 Inch i think the 2 subs should be taking care of most of the bass. Plus it seems that my Subs are not hitting as hard as i thought.

Any ideas?
