Cool Determing Power Required To Run Multiple Amps / Equipment

Not the simplest question to answer or have answered ...

But if I'm looking at running multiple amplifiers in a daily setup (so constant power), what would help me determine the type of upgrade that is required ...

So specifically, how do I choose THIS battery of THAT battery ... how do I decide I need just one, as opposed to two?
Again, this is a daily setup.

Lets start simple... take the max draw of all amplifiers and add them all up... what # do you have?

Power (in watts) = I (amperage) x V (voltage)

ohms law, merry xmas

I was actually just looking for various opinions on the matter. One will say run right at what's called for, another will say run 20% extra for voltage spikes.

Just opinions my friend, just opinions.
