Ground Noise

Hi,

I recently has a ground loop develop in my system. System contains the following:

Kenwood KDC X993
Kenwood 4ch
RF 800a2
Exile comp65s
pioneer 6x9s
Kaption Audio SPL sub
Main Lead is 1/0
Marine Curcut breaker 150amp
Fused power ground distro
4awg and 8awg from the distro to the amps
Amps are grounded to the same location

This setup stayed the same for about a year nothing changed. I will list what I have done so far to resolve this problem.

Cleaned my grounds
Shortened my main ground
Grounded directly to the body of the car
Big three cleaned up and made sure all connections are tight

Wired the deck with seperate power and ground (not using Factory)
Using Relays for my Remote on and Acc wire
Xovers are mounted under the dash. Connections are termainated and not bare wires
Noise is coming from all speakers (sub in unaudioable - sp?)

With Engine running:
I unplug the rcas from rear of the headunit and noise stops 100%
Plug in a source to the RCA (Ipod) and noise returns.
Turn deck off (rcas in iPod or Headunit) jump the Power and Remote lead and noise returns.

Engine not running I have no noise at all.

Noticed one thing on the way to work today, on of my HIDs ballasts is getting weak and powered down and the noise stoped. With all things listed above do you think a Ballast from my head lights cause this noise? Please list other options I can do to detrermin this issue.

FYI - I am not going to use inline filters for my RCAs

Good news. Replaced both HID ballasts and moved my ground from the bumper support to the main chassis ground. No noise as of yet but I have thought I found the solution before but I will find out tomorrow morning after a cold start.
