Help with Capacitor

I bought a Power Acoustik 4.0 Farad Cap but it doesnt seem to hold its charge. When I got it charged the digital display said something around 14 then started dropping to around 8.5 and went a around there. Then the display shut off so should I assume this has been charged? or is there something wrong with my cap. Also know that the cap is not connected to anything at the moment.

Model number of the Power Acoustik Cap is PC4.0F

a cap will slowly loose its charge. Normal.

The display will shut down when the voltage isn't changing. Normal.

Cool install idea.. I like it.. Can you clean up the wires coming off the top amp at all so they don't look like they are hanging space

Good Job!
