Simple Question

Hey guys, I just stumbled across this site. Anywho my question is when im buyin a new amp, what should I buy... Something rated to my subs (Solo Baric L7 12 Inch) RMS (750W) or the peak (1500W)?

Im almost certain I have to get somethin close to my RMS but I always get conflicting answers...

If anyone knows of a decent amp that would go nicely with that sub lmk. Im lookin at a Kicker zx750.1 ...

Match the RMS of the sub and the amp...I do not recommend exceeding the RMS rating of the sub (especially Kicker) for an extended period of time as it can lead to premature failure....

That depends on who you ask. Some will say it's better to under power, others will say that its best to power match. I say that its alot less evil to over power with a clean signal then to under power or power match with a clipped signal.
