What makes you think you're going to blow the amp? lol Whatever you power it with, don't turn everything up to max. Be conservative and make sure you use the proper wiring required for the amp.

But like... I guess that if I only have 1 sub, I don't need 2 channel amplifier?

and with a sub that has ''Dual 4 Ohm Voice Coils'' I need a minimum of volt to make it run propertly?

1 dual 4ohm sub means you need an amp that is 2ohm stable. Not just one that claims to be, but one that will actually do it without any problems all day long. Look into some class d mono amps that make the power your looking for (or a little more) into 2 ohms mono.

Common rule of thumb for caps is 1F per 1Krms. I say it epends on your electrical. Before you waste your money. Install your stuff, run your wire and do the "Big 3" upgrade. If you still have small dimming issues then look into a cap or possibly (better option) a rear batt.
