whats with the front trev??? What are you doing with that?
Is it for some sort of cosmetic purpose>>?

Why are the sides recessed so much? If its to make carpeting easier I usually only recess them like a 1/4'' and thats plenty.

this one is going bare wood..the baffle is just for cosmetic purposes
and the owner has plans for it
