well i started building a new box durring this past week.thought i would post up some pics for eveone to see.

the box is 2.0cf@ 30hz.its made for a 12" pioneer 3004spl.
here my design:



and here are some build pics.

first i started by putting togthere the front baffel,braceing a port

then i assembled the the left and right sides of the box onto the back and bottom of the box.and added angled pices.

then i put the above pices togther

then places on the top and clamped it all togther
got clamps?

after that i gave it a quick sanding and rounded the outside port edges.as you can see the router dug in just a hair and then i went to slow and burned the mdf. nothing a bit more sanding cant take care of


will do another update later this weekend and tell eveyone how it sounds.

Nice looking box. I wish i could design my latest like you can, probably sound and look better too

Wow dude, that looks confusing. I don’t know what all the holes and spaces do but it looks really impressive.
