Providing you know what you are doing and have a DMM it would be no different then running a seperate amp that is not linkable to each coil ... Just run it in mono though like they said.

SubBass is already mixed mono...

Even if it wasn't I woudn't worry about it... short of sending one coil a signal that is 180 out of phase its not going to make much difference...
