3 Bills to spend. Help please.

hey, I just bought a kenwood kac 8103d amp and I'm looking to match up a pair of subs or a really good quality 12" in a ported box. I have three hundred to spend, would appreciate any input. thanks.

Alpine or Pioneer premier would be your best bet, but i would recommend looking into the box carefully and try not to get one that will make them sound like farts. Alpine Type R or Premier TS-W series subs

I'd have to recommend the Clarion PXW1252s. I have a set of those and my brother has a set of 12" Alpine Type-Rs. We've tried out both the Clarions and Type-Rs using the same amp(my DXP11500)/deck/box and IASCA SPL cd for test songs. And the Clarions outperform the Alpines hands down. Not to mention I spent $75 each less then he did on the Alpines.

Not sure what your application is, very little info there, but you can get Kicker L5 or L7, and it will pound pretty clean.

A pair of the Pioneer Premiere 12's or even the Bassworx 12 would be ideal.
