Ground wire too small, Power and RCA cables too close together,Improper ground.


Just ideas.

Me thinks improper ground more than anything.

Does the noise get louder when the engine is revved?

i would say you have lost the rca ground from the rca output of your deck
try taking a wire and touch it to the outside metal of the rca and the chassis of your radio see if it goes away

Do what Tyler says, move some wires around lol.

thanks guys im gonna check all of that tomorrow you guys rule [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img] i thinks that the alternator might be causing a problem looked and the belt is shot so maybe the alternator is burning out [img]graemlins/freak.gif[/img]
could it send a signal to the chassis to be picked up by the ground
