Alpine Imprint

I installed a 505 into a truck with the Imprint module. We set it up into a 3 way system. The customer wants rear speakers. We tried to integrate it but the Alpine won't allow it. Is there a secret?

So, can I get an output to the rear speakers with control, without fuking up the front stage?

Hey SQmonster,

Unfortunately you're out of luck as there are no fading capabilities in 3 way mode. The head unit rca's become fixed outputs when using a processor in the Ai-Net chain.

I guess you could parallel the rear amp rca's with the H100's rear out (mid) with a trim pot for a fake fade if your customer is set on fading. Though this would severely mess with the Imprint sound.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
Rino
